Milk Unfit for Consumption
At Santushti Farms, our milk is delivered fresh and free from any preservatives or additives. Maintaining the correct cold-chain temperature is essential to preserve its quality. In the rare instance where the cold chain is unintentionally disrupted at our end, resulting in the milk turning sour on the day of delivery, customers may request a refund for that specific delivery. Refunds will be processed only after the soured milk bottles are collected from the customer’s location. All such requests must be raised on the same day the delivery is received.
Wallet Refund Policy
Once the Santushti Farms wallet has been recharged, the credited amount is strictly non-refundable. However, the wallet balance can be fully utilized for future orders, subscriptions, or any purchases made on the Santushti Farms platform. The wallet balance does not expire unless explicitly mentioned under a specific promotional offer.
Erroneous Delivery
A delivery will be considered erroneous from Santushti Farms’ end only if prior intimation was provided by the customer and the delivery was still executed despite such notice. In these cases, the customer will be eligible for a refund. Refusing delivery without providing prior intimation does not qualify for any refund.
Prior intimation is considered valid only when communicated through authorized channels, including calling our Customer Care, emailing our Customer Care, or updating delivery instructions or order details through customer account. Please note that informing the delivery executive directly does not constitute valid intimation, as only the Customer Care team is authorized to receive and record delivery-related instructions.
