A2 Ghee: Pure, Authentic, and Nutritious
Santushti A2 Gir Cow Ghee is traditionally crafted from the fresh milk of free-grazing Gir cows. The milk is gently boiled and naturally cooled before being cultured with a traditional starter to prepare curd. The curd is then slowly churned using the authentic Bilona method, separating pure makkhan (butter), which is carefully simmered to produce rich, aromatic, and nutrient-dense A2 Desi Ghee.
